Our Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy on services, but we protect your purchases with our iron clad guarantee.
The L’Perfection Guarantee
If in the very unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please tell us within 7 days so we can put it right. We will then re-do it for free so you are completely satisfied with your hair.We have complete confidence in our ability to delight you which is why we offer this 100% iron clad guarantee.
All new client appointments or appointments longer than 1 hour now require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking value. This deposit will only be refunded if at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice is given. One of the benefits of paying a deposit is that you will have less to pay on the day of your appointment.
On Products
If in the unlikely event you decide you don’t like your products purchased which were recommended by one of our stylists, we will offer you an exchange for another replacement product recommended by your stylist within 7 days, based on minimum usage at home and that you have followed the correct usage instructions.
Vouchers/Packages Purchased Online
Refunds are offered within 5 days of your online purchase prior to redeeming any services by emailing your request to info@lperfection.com or calling the salon. Our packages and deals come with their own specific terms and conditions which are subject to change. Please read all terms and conditions before purchasing any deals or packages. Offers are subject to availability and terms can change on packages at any time. We require the name and details of the person who will be redeeming the package so we can credit their account. After purchasing online you will download a voucher to hand to your friend or use yourself. This has no monetary value and is only valid with the person named as the recipient of the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You must keep your PayPal receipt as proof of purchase. Vouchers included within packages may have their own terms and conditions which may include validity with selected stylists on selected days. These vouchers cannot be sold on, have no monetary value, and can only be redeemed by the package purchaser unless otherwise agreed with the salon.
Monetary vouchers are valid against full priced hair services only unless otherwise stated and cannot be used for retail, discounted deals, or other packages. Complimentary vouchers are also only valid against full priced hair services, with only one offer redeemable per visit unless stated otherwise. Only one offer may be redeemed per visit. Paid for vouchers expire after one year.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a cancellation policy to help reduce lost revenue and protect our stylists’ time. When you book an appointment, you enter into a verbal agreement to attend for the service booked. If you are unable to attend your appointment, sufficient notice is required so we can attempt to reallocate the appointment time. Details of deposits, pre-paid packages, notice periods, and charges are outlined below and form part of our booking terms.
Pre-Paid Packages
All packages are fully paid in advance and purchased online, over the phone, or in salon. Failure to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a package or pre-paid package service booking will result in the package being classed as fully redeemed and no longer valid.
Please note you will be charged in line with our cancellation policy if you fail to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel.
Fairness Policy
In return, if we need to change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and your booking has stood for more than 48 hours, we will endeavour to offer you another appointment on the same day.
If we are unable to offer an alternative appointment on the same day, we will gift you with half of your appointment value to be used when you return for your booking. Please note that due to sickness we cannot guarantee the same stylist or time, but we will endeavour to offer an alternative appointment on the same day.
Lateness
If you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your appointment and we cannot guarantee the full service booked. However, your stylist will do everything they can to make you look and feel amazing within the remaining time.
If we are late starting your appointment, your service will not be affected. Appointment times are based on averages and can be unpredictable within the service industry.
We cannot guarantee that you will be in and out at your exact booking time, so please avoid booking appointments when you are under pressure to leave at a specific time. Rushing can compromise your experience and add unnecessary stress for both you and your stylist.
