Lisa Rodger

Salon Director

Hair is my life! It’s my passion. I’ve been hairdressing since 2006 and mastered all aspects of hair. Making clients feel welcome, relaxed and happy every time they visit my salon is my No:1 priority. I’ve built a loyal client base and talented team of stylists over the years which makes me proud. My team say I’m a walking encyclopaedia of all things hair!

Winning Bridal Stylist of the Year at the Scottish Open Hairdressing awards in 2008 was my catapult to achieve big. Since then my salon has won many awards including, Scottish Hair Salon of the Year, Team of the Year and most recently Highly Commended Colour Salon of the Year at The Scottish hair and Beaty Awards.

I’ve now an SVQ assessor and will be utilising my skills and knowledge to help educate the future stylists of Scottish hairdressing.

Nicola McCallum

Managing Director

I joined the hairdressing industry in 2017 after almost two decades working in management in the Travel Industry.
I am now a qualified hairdresser and Hair Extension specialist. I specialise in 12 methods of Hair Extensions and this is where my passion lies.

My main focus now is managing our talented team and making sure each client has an excellent customer experience when visiting us. I make sure the salon is ready and prepared to super exceed ourselves daily. My team tell me I’m the “brains of the salon”. I was honoured to win Scottish Businesswoman of the Year – Scotland 2021 and Most Client Focused Hairdresser – Scotland 2022.

Nicole Macrae

Assistant Manager

I joined the amazing team at L’perfection in 2017 as a Modern Apprentice. I then went on to qualify, become a qualified hair extensionist and even advanced training courses.

I love keeping up to date with all the current hair trends! I was even lucky enough to train in Milan with Itely Hair Fashion in November ’22.

I cover all aspects of hair and mainly specialise in blondes and colour corrections. I have always been creative, loved art/design and passionate about all things hair.

I have been in the hairdressing industry for 5 years. When I tell you this is my happy place I truly mean it! My work brings a smile to my face every day. My work team are like family.

I cover all aspects of hairdressing including colour, cuts, Wedding Hair and extension fittings. My favourite being colour, wedding hair and creative styling.

I was a semi finalist in 2020 for the Wella Exposure awards for my colourful look which I am so proud of. I was even lucky enough to train in Milan with Itely Hair Fashion in November ’22.

I joined perfection in 2020 as a modern apprentice, while doing so i won apprentice of the year at so college which I am very proud of. I have since went on to further my skills learning new creative cutting techniques and hair extensions at college and in house training with lisa and Nicola.
I absolutely love what I do and have certainly found the career for me.

I love all aspects of hairdressing! one of my favourites being avant garde and creating textured styles using the knowledge I have learned along the way.

My number one priority is making sure my clients are happy and looked after. I take pride in what i do from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.

I joined L’perfection in 2019 when I left school and have worked through my Level 2&3 Hairdressing in record time and I couldn’t be happier.

I joined our team in a recent training event in Milan where I completed my Master Colour Certificate with Itely Hair Fashion. What an experience! Hairdressing for me is my passion.

I’m so passionate about colour as it brings out the fun spontaneous side of me. I’m always attentive with my clients. I always chat to them to assure that I understand what their expectations are. Making sure my clients feel comfortable and happy with me is my No:1 priority.
